The breakfast was acceptable. It had a good variety of options.

The room i booked was not what i received initially. It was smaller and older. the staff at reception were rude when i raised this issue. they did not seem interested in resolving the problem and showed a lack of hospitality.

The location was wonderful near the beach and many restaurants. The staff were so kind and always smiling. My room was in D Tower, and the tower impressed me. I found it a very convenient place to stay with easy access to both the beach road and second road. I enjoyed breakfast with many options.

The wireless connection was sometimes inconsistent, it needed a reboot.

Breakfast included a large selection of foods, made mornings very pleasant. The restaurant staff seemed willing to accommodate any slight changes to the menu. It was a very nice experience, and i felt very welcomed.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. Everything i needed was available. I especially liked being on the 20th floor. It was much quieter. The bed was comfortable, and i slept very well.

The hotel is right in the center and across from the beach, perfect for me. Restaurants, malls, and convenience stores were nearby. I found the location very convenient. Everything was really close.
